Art. 20" (1) The contractual obligations are governed by the law of the state, in which the parties have their [common] domicile. If they have a different domicile, it is governed by the law of the state, in which the contract was concluded. This rule is not applicable if the parties have agreed on another applicable law.
(2) Contracts regarding immovable property are governed by the law of the country where the immovable property is situated.
