CAM practice of (Non-)confirmation of arbitrators.

Just found some free articles wirtten by ppl from the CAM about thier practice of confirmation of Arbitrators. This might be of use when deciding if the arbitrators in deed could be confirmed by the CAM or not.

RE: CAM practice of (Non-)confirmation of arbitrators.

Is anyone arguing that a challenge to the composition of the tribunal is not a jurisdictional issue?

RE: CAM practice of (Non-)confirmation of arbitrators.

There is a special topic or thread regarding this issue: click.

My understanding is that a wrong constitution of a tribunal can be a jurisdictional issue. (Except: wrongly constituted in the sense of a dependend or partial arbitrator since there are special rules for that).
