Horei - Applicability of law Act

Art. 7 (accomplishment and effect of a legal act)

(1) What concerns the accomplishment and effect of a juridical act is regulated in according to the applicable law according to the intent of the parties.

(2) If the intent of the parties is doubtful, the law at the place of the act is applicable.
